The Project:

Construction of a comfortable, modern office for a Delaware dentist who was starting his own practice.

The Team:

Premier Builders, Patterson Dental

Unique Challenges:

• Guiding a young entrepreneur who was establishing his own solo practice after working for other area dentists.
• Creating a friendly and relaxed environment in the lobby and reception area and equipping treatment rooms with the most advanced technology.
• Dealing with a brand new landlord: Dr. Arrighi was the first tenant to go into the new construction of
  Bunker Hill Center II.

Premier Builders’ Solutions:

• We collaborated with Patterson Dental to maximize the client’s dollar investment and place the equipment, which included a state-of- the-art sterilization center, digital x-ray and an intra-oral camera.
• We worked closely with the landlord and the building owners to coordinate the schedule and to satisfy everyone who was involved. Construction proceeded
  without delay.
